The key reason behind setting up Atharva Legal was to provide nuanced and efficient solutions to transactional, advisory, regulatory, dispute resolution and litigation requirements of the clients under a single entity. It was a keen desire of the founding partners’ to provide commercially viable legal advice and support across all sectors while ensuring a high degree of partner involvement and maintaining a constant vigil to protect the client’s interests over and above everything else.
